About Linda -
Owner & Lead Coordinator | Event Planner
Thank you for stopping by!
And congratulations on your recent engagement!!! :)
How exciting! We truly hope to be a part of your special day.
Why I created the company:
With 11 years in the corporate legal sector & 5 years of teaching experience, I realized how truly valuable my due diligence organizational skills were, coupled with the need for "affordable" day-of wedding coordinators when I was researching vendors for my own wedding.
Why you should hire me:
(1.) Project management is my specialty, as I've always had the ability to anticipate problems before they arise, even in the corporate sector, where I played a major part in over 50 successfully completed Mergers & Acquisition transactions with values of individual transactions reaching into multi-billion dollars!
(2.) I can negotiate on your behalf for a better deal with your last 1-3 vendors as your Final Planner.
(3.) I know what it takes to work collaboratively with various vendors tactfully but with a smile to get things done!
What do I stand for?:
Advocating for REAL working brides & grooms who want high quality coordination, but don't want to go into debt over wedding coordination either. I'm proud to serve those who serve our community every day!
Calling all teachers, military, and first responders...you serve our community, I'm here to serve YOU on your BIG DAY!!!
Catholic weddings are one of my specialties since I am Catholic and had one, myself, and therefore, quite familiar with the ceremonial segments and the pre-marital requirements of the Diocese to guide you along. I also tend to lean towards more simpler, rustic but elegant themes as well, in addition to coordinating at country clubs and unique venues for brides who want something different from the standard boring ballroom.
I have a Master's Degree in Education and Psychology from Pepperdine University. I'm a lifelong learner & believe it's important to put yourself out of your comfort zone & learn something new.
Do what I did and get married. lol ;)
HGTV, baking banana bread & muffins, bichons, SUP'ing with my bichon, Michael Buble, acrylic painting on canvas, sunshine, restaurants with an ocean view, hot cocoa topped with whipped cream, and yes, my loving husband! :)
(1.) To educate and guide brides along the wedding planning process since brides are overwhelmed with the excessive options out there.
(2.) To look out for my brides & grooms in regards to their vendor contracts. Can YOUR Wedding Planner / Coordinator say the same thing???
I want to help you have your dream wedding sans the stress. You and your family members deserve to enjoy your BIG Day! Let ME worry about the logistics of the timeline, setting up your personal decor, & managing the vendors.
