MONTH BEFORE:

Vendors: Collaborate in creating timeline for deliveries / set-up / breakdown times. Coordinate vendor meals & diet restrictions.

Walk-through of venue(s).

Create floor plan layout & distribute to vendors.

Timeline creation & distribute to bridal party.

Confirm final menu & provide final headcount to caterer / venue.

Coordinate wedding rehearsal.

CEREMONY:

Vendor Management: Confirm date/time/location details in advance, point person on day-of.

Ensure ceremony site is set to couple's specifications
(welcome sign, chairs, flowers, unity candle, programs, etc.)

Line up wedding party for ceremony.

Cue musicians during ceremony processional.
RECEPTION:

Set out personal decor items, i.e., guest book, seating arrangement display, place cards, favors, photos, cake server set, cocktail napkins, menus, etc.

Gather wedding party & organize before reception grand entrance.

Ensure transitions in and out of reception events run smoothly & according to plan.

Distribute gratuities and/or final payments to vendors,
if needed.
